Emma Antoine Allan

Emma Antoine Allan - Councillor At-large

Emma Antoine Allan is a Anishinaabe (Ojibwe/Chippewa) youth who is Turtle Clan and Two Spirit from Sharbot Lake, Ontario. Growing up mostly in Tkaronto (Toronto), they’re grateful to have been raised up there by their Moms and aunties.

Emma is pleased to be back on the governing council of the Native Students Union for the 2022/2023 school term as a Councillor at Large. They’ve been living on the homelands of LEQEṈEN for 4 years, and are grateful to be able to live with their family and pursue a degree here.

You can usually find them making popcorn in First People’s house, or fixing their makeup on the bus ride to campus. Say hi when you see me!
